I waited a week to write this because I wanted to give a fair and complete review. I had severe tooth pain and another dental office told me it was my wisdom tooth — but gave me a 15‑day appointment. After five days of unbearable pain and no sleep, I searched online and found Prime Emergency Dental. Zainab told me to come in immediately. Within minutes of arriving, Roman and Dr. Lao examined me and discovered the real issue wasn’t my wisdom tooth at all — it was the tooth right before it, which was cracked. If I had followed the previous dentist’s plan, I could have lost a healthy tooth. Dr. Lao double‑checked everything, explained my options clearly, and performed the extraction once I decided. The relief was almost instant. My sleep and routine returned to normal the same day, and I didn’t even need pain medication afterward. One thing to note: I don’t believe they are in‑network with insurance, but honestly, their care is exceptional. A week later, my follow‑up visit went great — warm welcome, excellent service, and perfect healing. Thank you to the entire Prime Emergency Dental team. You truly made a difference.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. I had a crown come off, and I needed it to be put back on. I have great dental anxiety, and both Dr. Steve who first examined me, and Dr. Kenney who put my crown back on when I came back, were so reassuring and were exactly what I needed. It was an excellent experience for a dental emergency. Everyone in the building was super caring and competent - I would come back again for any future dental emergencies, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

My mother went in for an emergency dental procedure a couple days ago and Dr. Steve Chon took such amazing care of my mom. I cannot be more grateful! He was kind, gentle, friendly, cheerful, and extremely considerate. Destiny and Joy were incredibly sweet and the office was so clean. It was a top-notch experience and we are blessed to have had such exceptional dental care from this phenomenal team. We had a really positive experience at this clinic. The consultation was thorough, and Dr. Chon took the time to explain everything clearly so we knew exactly what was going on and what our options were. We really appreciated that there was no pressure to commit to any treatment - they focused on giving honest advice and letting us decide what felt right. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the office itself felt clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff, very compassionate Dentist. My son was in pain with no luck finding emergency care at other clinics. This office got us in within a couple hours of calling and took care of my son’s tooth and got him out of pain. Explained everything thoroughly and gave us many treatment options with financial assistance available on site
